Co-owners: Paul Azari and Victoria Lorán

My brothers and sisters and I all grew up enjoying our dad's dried fruit in our lunches or as a special treat. I decided it was time to share.

Although the tradition of drying fruit is thousands of years old, Paul Azari Ph.D. has been perfecting the process and his recipes since 1973. His forty years as a biochemistry professor at Colorado State University and his knowledge of nutrition helped in creating this nutritious and delicious fruit product. Paul's skills don't stop at researching and developing Froodles. He is also the talented artist behind the cheerful label on Froodles bags as well as the scenes on our brochures.

Victoria Lorán (Vicky), is President of Azari Fruit Products, LLC. Along with the business managing and marketing of the Azari Fruit Products, she also owns, manages and performs with Lorán Strings which specializes in classical entertainment for special occasions. See www.loranstrings.com.
